– Achieve the budgeted sales objectives by providing an exceptional Retail sales & service experience
– Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
– Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
– Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
– Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
– Ensures availability of merchandise and services; maintaining inventories.
– Execute good marketing programs in compliance with Brand guidelines; organize display and merchandising of products.
– Minimum 2 years experience at supervisory level or equivalent and experience in retail or service-oriented industry preferred
– Passion for fashion
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Energetic team player with the ability to lead teams
– Strong selling skills and experience in a management role in a retail environment
– Effective leadership and ability to manage a team with the desire to integrate with the team, listen to the voice of your team member, and generate fresh and innovative ideas.
– Able to multi-task and work under pressure, accepting long working hours and occasional travel for business.
– Good in English/ Vietnamese communication
