Job Description
• Manages garage personnel (Garage Supervisor, depot force and Operators) to ensure service requirements are met and that work is assigned in an efficient manner to ensure safe, clean, courteous, and reliable service for our customers, and proper utilization of manpower
• Motivates, trains, and counsels personnel and reviews their performance to ensure compliance to company policies and procedures
• Monitors expenditures, participates in the development of the budget, ensures proper collectionOther
